overlapping calls problem

		Hi,

I have the following problem with GnuGK (probably it can be due to other
reasons, but anyway):

A call is made by an H323 endpoint (let say Cisco ATA-186, laters firmware).
Due to bad quality or something else, the customer at this end hangs-up,
lifts the handset once again and try to dial the same number. And he gets
connected once again.

In GnuGK I see two separate calls (overlapping each other) from the same
H323 endpoint to the same called number. It seems that either:

1. H323 endpoint has not send a DRQ to the gatekeeper (however it have allowed
to the customer to make a new call).

2. or Gatekeeper somehow has not received the DRQ (due to a bad quality /
congested connection). After some time the first call (the "frozen" one)
drops.

3. Some mistery

Any ideas ?
