Re: priority routing

I had considered a work around for my app but havent try'ed it yet, tell me what you think...........

Running a script which watches the GW1 for active calls, and when it sees '8' calls --> it immediatly sends a rewritten gnugk.ini stating the alternate route, and a reload config command to the status port ---> so as not to provide a busy or no available ports. Also script reacts when GW1 has free ports.

Too messy?

Hi
does anybody have a way to do priority/LCR routing?

ie. I have 3 routes
first one is my own I have 8 ports analogue only, costs me very little-----> 0.0025 / min
my next route has 1 T1 costs me 0.01 /min
finally i have wholesale route that will handle any amount of traffic I can send but @ 0.012 /min

I need to see if route 1 has a channel / if not then try next route.

My calls can burst at different times but obviously I want to keep my first 8 busy :-) , and stay away from the last one as much as i can.

If anybody has figured a way to do this, It would be appreciated.

Thanks,
Jody
