This exact problem with the maccoreaudio.cxx is what I am facing too. How did you get around it?

PS. Did you use fink for downloading and installing openh323 and pwlib,
or did you just download the source as is from the openh323 web site?

Did you use gcc v.3 or v.2.95 ?
Did you specify using the gcc_select command?
