This is a nice feature. Would you like to implement it and provide
us with approtiate patches?

If no one else can work on this,
I will get to it after I have a GNU GK installed from source files,
and familiarize myself with the code... which will take quite a while.
But it is certainly in my interests for the service we are building at GRNET.

Thanks.

Btw. this behaviour is not Cisco specific - H.323 standard recommends
such domain handling.

Subject: E-mail as H.323 alias support

It would certainly be nice if GNU GK could handle ARQs
for destinations to H.323 alias with e-mail addresses.
Then, we could have users registered on different GNU GKs
be able to call each other NOT ONLY by "dialedDigits",
but by H.323 aliases as well.
