Hey guys, I've been using gnugk 2.04 and wanted to installed 2.0.5 on my new RedHat9 system for testing, yet I've ran into some problems. Perhaps some of you can give me a few pointers. I've installed a freash copy of RedHat9 and compiled pwlib 1.5.2 with openh323 1.12.2 without any problems. Then I tried to compile gnugk 2.0.5 with LargeFDSET as written in the manual, an error came up half way through the compiling and I couldn't figure out why. Here's the error.... --------------------------------------------------- ./obj_linux_x86_r/WaitingARQ.o (.bss._ZGVN9SingletonI14WaitingARQlistE14m_CreationLockE+0x0): multiple definition of `guard variable for Singleton<WaitingARQlist>::m_CreationLock' ./obj_linux_x86_r/RasSrv.o (.bss._ZGVN9SingletonI14WaitingARQlistE14m_CreationLockE+0x0): first defined here collect2: ld returned 1 exit status make: *** [obj_linux_x86_r/gnugk] Error 1 ---------------------------------------------------- What's going on?!? I thought it may have something to do with user permission, so I've chown to root for all the files in the directory and compiled as root user, still no luck. Any hints and tips on what's going on are appriciated!! :> ------------------------------------------------------- This sf.net email is sponsored by:ThinkGeek Welcome to geek heaven. http://thinkgeek.com/sf _______________________________________________ List: Openh323gk-users@lists.sourceforge.net Archive: http://sourceforge.net/mailarchive/forum.php?forum_id=8549 Homepage: http://www.gnugk.org/
