It is probably caused by your gk being in non-routed mode. In my opinion, accounting in non-routed mode does not make too much sense, but it is a matter of choice. There are no start/update packets sent because there is no clear way to determine when to send these (ACF is not enough - ACF does not mean call is started). Update packets are not sent at all - it is not implemented yet, although it is not difficult to do it, since almost everything is done - it is enough to call periodically GkAcctLogger with update event flag - maybe it will be added soon (or someone wishes to contribute this code). If you need both start and stop packets, switch to routed mode.
