I have my gatekeeper set up in proxy mode to send
al international calls to a termination IP. This termination Gateway doesn't
register with my gatekeeper so I define it in the permanent endpoint section.
When I try dialing an international number from an endpoint that is registered
with the gateway, I see an ACF message on the Status port to the endpoint
and I hear a ringing tone on the phone but the destination phone doesn't ring...
What does this mean? How is this supposed to work?
