Hi,
Can you show your trace log from gnugk (gnugk -ttttt -o gnugk.log)?
What shows backtrace from gdb?
$ulimit -Sc <blocks>
$gnugk
[segfault]
$gdb gnugk core
>bt
[backtrace output]
>quit
$
What was your complilation options? Perhaps you need to disable optimizations
or remove some -f options...
