Dear all, I am seeking for your advice about routing calls to "VirtualQueue". I have made a permanent endpoint and defined it as a "VirtualQueue". Calls are routed to the endpoint and then failed immediately. No "RouteRequest" was sent out on the status port. My Questions: 1. What is the correct configuration to create a "VirtualQueue" ? 2. What should I do in order to get a "RouteRequest" ? My gnugk version is 2.0.5 and my "gnugk.ini" is like the following: [Gatekeeper::Main] Fourtytwo=42 StatusPort=7000 [GkStatus::Auth] rule=allow [RoutedMode] GKRouted=1 H245Routed=1 [RasSrv::PermanentEndpoints] 202.0.175.158=support;0 [RasSrv::GWPrefixes] support=001 [GkStatus::Auth] rule=allow [CTI::Agents] VirtualQueue=support CTI_Timeout=10 Please help.
