Subject: Re: [Openh323gk-users] CISCO
gateways and GNUGK
Ok let me be a little more
clear:
caller -> gateway a ->(voip
peer) GK --> (xxx pots peer )gateway b ->
caller
Without registration how does gateway "a" get
to gateway "b" though the GK? What does the "VOIP" dial peer look
like on gateway "a"
Here is our VOIP dial peer from gateway
"a":
dial-peer voice 3232
voip
destination-pattern 3232
progress_ind setup enable
3
progress_ind alert enable 8
voice-class codec
1
voice-class h323 1
session target
ipv4:172.25.96.100
no
vad
Where the session target is the
gatekeeper. This dial-peer does not work with the GK.
Thanks

Does the GNUGK except inbound traffic from Cisco
gateways? VG200, AS5300 and AS5350. I saw
the compatiblity list but we are unable to get this to
work with traffic coming from a gateway. Does
anyone have this working?
We have it working with terminals and outbound
trafic to the gateways works fine too. It the
inbound from the gateway to the GK that is the
problem.
user -> gateway -> gatekeeper -> gateway
-> user
Please post your ini and dial-
peers
We are not having the gateways register with
GNUGK.
