personally, i think that gnugk should support multiple formats.

key to this would be setting up an object which has all manner of information
about calls, new, active, complete, such that people can easily pump out
data in their preferred format.

i think that the radius code currently has more clearly defined elements,
but in trying to find various info, i've had trouble finding things, or
decoding them from the structures that currently exist.
