You don't have to deinstall openh323gk, you can simply stop it, or kill it's processes (root proces enough)... If you have nothing found in the logs, you can find in the 'top' PID number of process, which consumig resources and you can do: strace -p PID_of_this_process and you will see, what this process wants to do and what cannot does... > My question now is: did I do something wrong?
