You can modify or derive RadAuth or RadAliasAuth (file radauth.cxx) to interpret your custom attributes from Access-Accept - that should take not more than one hour. The problem is how to tell gnugk to route the call to specific destination - I did not check if this could be easily done from RAS ARQ handler.
Yes. I can add LRQ auth in RadAliasAuth but how I can send routing info to gateway? Where I can find sample code?

Yes. But it may be more easy to administrate and more logically to save routing (and other) info in one place. For example in gateway profile available by RADIUS Access-Request.
