Running AWT/SWING apps on embedded system

Hi all,

I would like to run some sample AWT/SWING java code compiled with gcj on my embedded linux box (an arm-based board with a LCD screen).

I'm quite confused about what graphical libraries are needed to fill the gap between AWT/SWING and the linux framebuffer device.

I'd really appreaciate your help.
