I remember Chris McGee mentioned that he has been working on something  
like that:

Probably he would share his code as a start-point.

I also have a student working for me at the moment who is writing a Wiki  
+ JavaDoc web-application based on Eclipse AST and Gjdoc, but progress is  
really, really slow.
