Yes, that definitely would be beneficial. At the moment I am trying to figure out which applications are required to make most use of GNOME online accounts. Evolution seems obvious for messages, contacts and mail. Empathy for XMPP which is something we massively use internally? Is there any way to "replace" the ownCloud client with any GNOME core application that keeps permanent offline copies of cloud drives?
