Possibly because the has either has no time and the bug-squad has no
korean keyboard knowledge? I tried to reproduce the bug by following
your directions, but I get a different error. Its not at all a crash,
but it is a bug, and has something to do with XKB. Perhaps your
directions could be more specific? The less information we have to work
with the longer it takes for someone to confirm it.

Can you attach the results of
# xprop -root |grep XKB
# gconftool-2 -R /desktop/gnome/periperals/keyboard/kbd

to your bug report?

If you really want to talk to the guys who will probably confirm your
bug, you should ask nicely for help from #gnome-love on IRC.

Cheers,
Ryan
