Either use the same uids everywhere (both Ganesha and clients) or disable NFS uid mapping from clients and NFS Ganesha server .
To check if it's nfs id mapping:
Client:
cat /sys/module/nfs/parameters/nfs4_disable_idmapping
Server:
cat /sys/module/nfsd/parameters/nfs4_disable_idmapping
