i looked again on the source share and the correct and working sources are:
echo deb [arch=amd64] https://download.gluster.org/pub/gluster/glusterfs/9/LATEST/Debian/bullseye/amd64/apt bullseye main > /etc/apt/sources.list.d/gluster.list
Now its working - sorry for my mistake, but thanks for your fast helping ..

np - and yes that line is also correct if you want to stay on the latest 9 release for bullseye.
