On this I believe the EPEL repos is still incorrect.

If I'm pulling from 3.6/3.6.3 it should be expected to link to the 3.6/3.6.3 release not 3.6/LATEST. If I wanted latest version of 3.6 I would have pulled from 3.6/LATEST.

Looks like the was cached and when I opened it in a private session, I could see that link is pointing to 3.6.
