Re: glusterfs 3.6.2: gluster volume add-brick: wronp op-version

LS,

My cluster reads "operating-version=2” on all nodes, and half of my nodes are fresh installs and the other halve I recently upgraded from 3.4 to 3.6.2.

Does this mean that GlusterFS will not use the 3.6 versions of commands?

Adding bricks from my new nodes to the volume already configured on the upgraded machines worked without a problem and currently the volume is still rebalancing.

I’m about to do “remove brick” this weekend and I definitely need the data to be moved to the new bricks rather than the bricks be simply removed from the volume so will this go ok even though the op-version is 2??

Met vriendelijke groet / kind regards,
