You can get the current op-version by looking at
/var/lib/glusterd/glusterd.info . GlusterFS-3.6 has no way to get it
via a command.

But you can set the via a command. Do `gluster volume set all
op-version 30600` to set the op-version of the cluster to 30600, which
is required for add-brick to work on 3.6.
