setting up a "server"

See Chapter 6 of the Admin guide:

6. Setting Up GlusterFS Server Volumes

This assumes you've dedicated servers to be gluster bricks.  If not, 
that's obviously 1st.  Then install the gluster software, then on to 
chapter 6.
