Infra machines update

Hello folks,

We're all out of Centos 6 nodes from today. I've just deleted the last of them. We now run exclusively on Centos 7 nodes.

We've not received any negative feedback about plans to move NetBSD, so I've disabled and removed all the NetBSD jobs and nodes as well.
