CentOS CI failing for libgfapi-python tests

Hi Prasanth,

I was wondering if the tests [0] for libgfapi-python are still failing after
the client-side io-thread fixes have been merged [1]. Unfortunately it seems
that the CI gave other errors related to cloning the repository. This
has now been reported [2] to the CentOS team.

Nigel has moved the libgfapi-python test to the new JBB/cico format [3],
but the git repository that is cloned is still the one mentioned in the
libgfapi-python.sh script [4]. We can send a workaround (use github) for
the failing tests pretty easily, but I do not know when/how the JBB
templates are rebuilt and put into action on the CentOS CI. Lets see who
of Nigel or the CentOS team responds first before we take any further
actions :)

Cheers,
Niels
