Gluster doesn't yet have funding for Outreachy confirmed, so at this point we are just exploring whether there would be interested mentors. Between funding being confirmed and application deadline March 22: mentors need to help a few applicants to make initial contributions March 22 to selection decisions announcement April 22: mentors continue to help active applicants with contributions and decide who to accept May 23 - August 23: applicants work remotely while being guided by mentors I'd say it requires a 5 hour per week commitment from a mentor between Gluster joining the program and August 23. Having co-mentors or a project team who can review patches and point people in the right direction would help spread the load.
