Sporadic coredumps in regression tests (needs mem accounting improvements?)

Jeff already made some improvements for the mem-accounting with this
patch:

    core: use reference counting for mem_acct structures
    http://review.gluster.org/#/q/Id929b11387927136f78626901729296b6c0d0fd7

It has been merged in the master branch and release-3.7. Unfortunately
some very similar looking coredump happened. My guess is that this fix
is not 100% complete yet. It would be amazing if someone could have a
look at the coredump from the run below, and figure out what other
improvements for the mem-accounting can be made.
