Re: io-cache exceeding cache-size value

I'd rather like to know the same thing. After a 5 days of near-idle use,
the rootfs glusterfs daemon, with no performance translators, expands to
over 2GB of RAM, which gets impractical. Under heavy use I'd have to reboot
the machine every couple of hours to keep the memory usage under control.

>From the figures I can see, the memory leaks by about 80MB per pass in the
kernel compile test I mentioned. That's just 50 passes (let's call it about
an hour's testing) to use up 4GB of RAM.

Any work-around suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
