Hi Brent,
 Thanks for reporting it. Strange that it failed to compile on your machine.
It worked fine on my machine hence I committed it. Mostly looks like some
gcc/glibc version issue (I use gcc - 4.1.2). Anyways, I have made the commit
to solve that issue. It should be fine now.
