Thanks a lot for your wonderful notes. Based on my trial and error
with Gmail's filter/search toolbar, It seems that the correct filter
should be written as follows to meet my requirements:

to:(git@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx) -{hongyi.zhao@xxxxxxxxx}
to:(git@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx) -hongyi.zhao@xxxxxxxxx
