The queries you have related to GitHub [1], a company that provides
hosting for software development version control rather than Git [2],
which is a version control system. It's a rather common mistake. As
for the answer to your questions:
1. Yes, but I cannot find any relevant resources for it. Revoking
access does not alter commit history and your email should still be
visible, thereby GitHub could show the username and contributions.
2. Yes, as per the criteria detailed on Github's help page. [3]
