Good point to fix this, thanks. But 'capital-r' will muddy the waters
further. When accepting configuration from git-config, make all these
values the full expanded name.

So cvsimport.remote (for -r) and cvsimport.revisions (or
trackrevisions perhaps) seem more appropriate.
