This is racist.

I'm Italian, I can't say I love my country or my people manners but
nowhere here "spitting everywhere" is considered polite, nor everybody
does that.

And you missed the point here.

Does the wiki allow a personal page?
If it does then don't bother people who create their personal page and
don't ban them without asking - contacting them in advance.

If you simply don't want personal pages in the wiki then disable them.

This is the second time I see you acting like that (judging people
without knowing the background or without letting them explain them).
The first time was some day ago in a bug report from msysgit which is OT now.

This kind of behavior cut out people who could or are willing to help
git and the git community like me or Amir.
