[PATCH 3/3] rebase -i: Export GIT_AUTHOR_* variables explicitly

As pointed out on the mailing list, one-shot shell variable exports do
not necessarily work with shell functions.  So export the GIT_AUTHOR_*
variables explicitly using "export".
