Yeah, I know that. That url wasn't working either. Now it is. Perhaps some cache needed to expire. Actually, I said that urls of the form ~tml weren't working, because my goals were twofold. I noticed that ~rock didn't work, and then at that point I realized that if ~rock didn't work, ~tml probably wouldn't either, which means that one of the most visited gimp-on-windows pages wasn't working at release time.
