Excuse my ignorance, but what are UTF-8 entities? I had a look at the
stuff in CVS:

    <secondary>Einf&uuml;hrung</secondary>
 
and I would have expected:

    <secondary>EinfÃhrung</secondary>

(Let's hope the mail client transfers this correctly and marks the mail
as UTF-8 encoded).
