I have tried to access the anonymous CVS, but I get a message that there is no such user as 'anonymous'. Since I use WinCVS (which is basically a front-end for CVS, if I understand correctly) for three different repositories, I might have gotten a setting wrong somewhere. I tried using CVS from the command line, but that produces the same type of error message. my ROOT file reads: ':pserver:anonymous@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx:/cvs/gnome' (without the quotes) Any ideas? -- branko collin collin@xxxxxxxxx
