If yes, collect this situations and find existing or pragmatic or new and innovative ideas! And to discuss the 'active tool' pattern: - what is it good for, if the tool changes -- but only the tool? You maybe have to remake all the other settings (brush, colours, etc.) - and if the whole context is fixed for a special image, you can't use the active tool to solve the ppp (picture palette problem).
