I just tried to save an indexed image as .dataurl (an image format).
When selecting file type ("determine file type") "DATAURL" it immediately
started the dataurl save filter. With the filter dialog still open, I
selected file type "BMP", the extension was changed to .bmp, and the BMP
save filter was started.
These two filter dialogs still open, I selected DATAURL again (extension
wasn't changed), hit "OK", and found that the BMP plug-in was started
again.
