(Don't laugh - I only found what layers are for a few months back :) I'd like to be able to stroke a path with a gradient brush. Also, for things like paths, an option to "scale" the gradient to run only once (or there and back) might be cool. I'll even have a go at implementing it if someone will give me a few pointers...
