Hi, The first alpha release of the gimp-freetype plug-in is out there. Make sure you have gimp-1.1.21 or later and freetype2-beta5, then grab it from http://freetype.gimp.org/gimp-freetype-0.1.tar.gz or ftp://ftp.gimp.org/pub/gimp/contrib/gimp-freetype-0.1.tar.gz This is alpha software.
