Merge docs.gimp.org with gimp.org/docs

Just because this topic came up on the gimp-web mailing list, I've
proposed to merge

    http://docs.gimp.org

with:

    http://www.gimp.org/docs/

Just because so far I can't see a major benefit to keep them separated
while wgo still provides it's own page for documentation.
