But the person who wrote <?xml version="1.0" encoding="US-ASCII"?> for something that actually contains letters of cyrillic alphabet and then wrote actual text as, e.g. <l:gentext key="caution" text="Предостережение"/> deserves a hard kick in the butt. I'll try not to shout too loud when talking to dblatex crowd.
