Hi,

You may prefer to write this than remove as:
      <para>
        You can also use the
        <link linkend="gimp-tool-move">Move </link> tool to move the selection
-        outline.
+        outline, when you set the transform target as Selection.

+        <xref linkend="gimp-tool-transform-options">.
