gimp-dock-view-as-list was an id of an <anchor> without xreflabel. I 
have moved the id to the correspondig <varlistentry> tag so that the 
<term> content will be used as label ("View as List; View as Grid").

It's a pity, but we can't blame Cygwin for everything that doesn't 
work. ;-)
