I will have to review my contributions taking into account this fact and I think I will have to check my past contributions where I accidentally uncommented some paragraphs targeted at the future GIMP 2.4, please apologise. Just yesterday, while translating the Map filters, I found that the Van Gogh (LIC) filter in GIMP 2.3 has been moved to the Artistic category. Other filters (more notably those belonging to the color category) have been reshuffled as well in the development version.
