Given the amount of work you have done, I think I can probably help out
with this. It would be best if you could separate the fixes from the
suggestions for improvement, because the fixes can be implemented immediately,
but I don't have time to spend on signficant rewriting at this moment.
Also, if you continue with this, you are working a bit harder than you
really need to -- you can just say, for example, "adaptative -> adaptive",
without the lengthy explanation. It looks to me like most of your
changes are obviously correct.
