0.0.4 brokenness

The 0.0.4 release and accompanying babl release seems to be broken in
a couple of ways. But worst of all is probably that it does not allow
compiling of external applications (even the code sample in the
documentation). This is fixed in subversion. (GEGL is not in CVS
anymore).

I hope we can get babl/GEGL building on some more of the setups where
we fail for trivial reasons working in 0.0.5, and get 0.0.6 released
soon.[1]
