Hi,

I have just merged my NEW_CACHING branch back to HEAD.  It has all the 
funtionality of the old caching system, but with a much better design. 
I need to write a test or two, add some docs, and actually write 
GeglSwapCache (which is like 100 lines at this point).  GeglHeapCache 
already exists as a working cache, though, if you want to play with it.
