I'm not sure, so please go ahead and re-add them as new comments on
the bug. I suspect that's how we'll end up "restoring" them anyway, so
if you do it yourself it saves somebody else doing it.

Yes, there is no account for this email address, so it seems to have
been lost (and then your bug picked up a new owner). Sorry about that.

Once you've recreated your account it might be possible for one of the
sysadmins to manually edit the database to change the bug reporter
back to your account.

No, they're separate bugzilla instances and will stay that way.
